Really neat and organized during the weekday. It gets hectic over the weekend and during holidays. Great customer service. Fast check out even in what you may think is an incredibly long line. Absolutely awesome deals. I keep going back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – My Happy Place, Always 🛍️❤️🔌 I’m not even gonna lie—Westfield Old Orchard is hands-down my favorite shopping destination on Earth. Seriously. The vibes? Immaculate. It’s beautiful year-round—lush and breezy in the summer, twinkly and magical in the winter. Yes, it’s an outdoor mall, but don’t let that fool you. It’s worth the trip in any season (unless you’re allergic to joy). It’s always clean, well-maintained, and has everything you could want—shopping, food, drinks, and that dangerously inviting energy that somehow convinces you, “Yes, I do need another pair of sneakers and a $19 smoothie.” Even when I’m not planning to shop, I’ll go just to walk around and window shop like I’m starring in a lifestyle vlog no one asked for. But let’s be real—I usually end up spending money anyway. Can’t help it. The place is just that good. There’s plenty of parking, which is a win, and the cherry on top? They’ve got electric vehicle chargers. 🔋 Love that for my car. I do wish there were more chargers though—they’re often full. So if you pull in with 2% battery, may the odds be ever in your favor.

Iv traveled for work n pleasure this is ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IV STAYED IN FOR THE PRICE in a long time. I'll keep it simple if your in area stay hear YOU WONT REGRET it. Everything is like a Hilton without the price

pretty cool place for laid back shopping, it was really cold when we spent time there, so not too many people, no problem finding parking, and was glad to see EV charging is here too. We spent about half the day there and still they had stores I just did not have time to get to, so very many stores! The walking areas were clean, and everything looked pretty well kept. Cupitol coffee was really nice, I was glad my wife let me sit for a good portion of the trip lol

It’s gorgeous in every season: bright, green, and breezy in the summer, and cozy with a magical glow in the winter. Being an outdoor mall only adds to the charm—it’s absolutely worth visiting year-round. The mall is always clean, well cared for, and packed with everything you could need: great stores, food, drinks, and that irresistible energy that somehow convinces you it’s totally reasonable to buy another pair of shoes and an overpriced smoothie. Even when I don’t plan on shopping, I’ll stop by just to walk around and window shop—though let’s be real, I almost always end up spending money anyway. It’s impossible not to. Parking is plentiful, which is a huge plus, and I love that they offer electric vehicle charging stations. 🔋 I just wish there were more of them since they’re often full. If you’re rolling in on a nearly empty battery, good luck—you might need it.

Old Orchard is one of my favorite shopping destinations. The stores here definitely feel more upscale, and everything is very well maintained and beautifully renovated. I especially love that it’s an outdoor mall — in the summer, the flowers and trees make it such a pleasant place to walk around and spend time. There are also fantastic restaurants with delicious food, whether you want something quick or a nice sit-down meal. The whole atmosphere feels relaxed, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Another thing I really appreciate is the crowd — people who visit here are generally very respectful and friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It’s not just a place to shop, but a place to stroll, relax, and spend quality time. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a classy and enjoyable shopping experience.

Okay, so we’re not mall shoppers. We’re mall walkers, mall snackers, and easily entertained by speed runs through “dead” malls with all that liminal eye candy. But the shopping is never the lure for this thrift-first family. There are malls that work better for us: ones with vintage resale or a discounter like something in the TJMaxx family of stores. And arcades are a fun angle. Old Orchard has an arcade or two (maybe? Does the new Puttshack count? Is there a Dave y Busters? I don’t even know). We go there to use perfume samples, window shop on a lovely day, and assess what labels and brands we’re liking so we can keep an eye out for them secondhand. We love walking over here in good weather because when it comes to outdoor atmosphere, Old Orchard doesn’t disappoint: it’s full of landscaped idylls and cozy corners. I wish we had a “go-to” restaurant we liked here. It’s close enough that on a long walk, it would be perfect place to grab snacks to eat at one of the many inviting al fresco dinettes. But we’re weird on that count, so check other reviews for news regarding the various dining establishments. Basically this is a lively outdoor mall with free parking, good vibes and a delightful movie theater. Can’t say much else and I’m sorry. It’s a mall
